this sounds bad, but literally we had gotten 15-30 requests a day from several different people, and the details of different requests from different requesters match up exactly. same date, same person, same order. i think someone is trying to run an experiment on us or something, and they're working off the same list

i do care about getting people their records in a timely manner but like how are you going to send us 100 requests for shit, some of which are THE EXACT SAME, and then bitch at us for not getting records work done fast enough when you're actively clogging the system. like... our resources are not unlimited.
