it truly is... u_u i need to start leaving the potatoes in the oven like 10 minutes longer than usual cause it isn't amazing at baking things
im pretty good at home fries but actually baking the wedges is haaaaaard
did you parboil them first? thats what the good recipes I saw said, and I was like, 75% of the way when I tried, I just hadnt parboiled enough. Purely oven fries and wedges are like triple fickle, I gave up on it lol
nope, unfortunately. i think next time i'll give parboiling em a shot. usually i put them in water for a few hours before baking but i dont think it's helping.
