i think i saw a pink wading bird on my way to work, but i'm pretty sure we're too far north to get flamingos or roseate spoonbills, and it wasn't pink/red enough to be a scarlet ibis
maybe it was a spoonbill after all?

i've heard you can see spoonbills through the canaveral national seashore, so i dunno if you're THAT much too far north. might've been one!
persnaps... a spoonbill is my best guess so far since it looked the most like the bird i saw, but it was lookimg for food (i assume) so i only saw the shoulders. either way nice, i'll see if it's still around when i leave (probably not, but who knows)
