Gustafson's Dairy started in 1908, and eventually grew to be one of the southeast's largest dairy farms. However, due to a "shifting customer base", they would close their doors in 2013. Today, portions of the property facing CR-15A remain in use for storage and other industrial purposes, with a portion of the land earmarked for a subdivision built by D.R. Horton. The farm buildings remain in increasing ruin, ravaged by the Florida humidity.

This was my first real, proper urbex. I bought some gloves, an asbestos & mold rated respirator, and packed into my pickup truck for a drive north, eventually quietly pulling off and parking in broad daylight in front of the property. Really, while there was some graffiti, for the property's accessibility, it was in pretty good shape.
