im undecided between this and linner they're both good
Let me offer you Launags. It's a Latvian afternoon meal, typically lighter than the main pusdienas or vakariņas stuff, but more serious than an average brokastis.
Sandwiches are typical, but you could also have a salad and some reheated soup. You wouldn't want to put in a vakariņas' level of work into it, so most cooked stuff is out. But being an energy refill between your fieldwork and your evening activities, this lets you have a smaller late meal, which is probably good for you.
ooh that does sound good... i get up to a lot of Evening Activities (drawing) but i get really sleepy if i eat too much so launags sounds like it might be a good idea. too bad i dont get home til 5 on weekdays, but i could always eat a lunch at work around 3 or something? but either way thats cool to know about!!!
Is this different to afternoon tea? I've always thought morning and afternoon tea were always a small meal between breakfast / lunch / dinner
oh i guess it is kind of like afternoon tea huh. i never thought about that
