they did it by giving it to the most skeleton crew possible on new hardware they didn't understand. after playing it, i can see the inklings of a decent game in here if they either had time or people to figure things out but they had neither.
yeah if it just played decently the weird wonky 360 launch title aesthetic would make it a cult classic...but it doesn't
