smoking weed causes people to look inward and reflect on themselves and lowers barriers to their innermost nature, which is of course Bad™ when you're a high-strung conservative twit who is taught that self-reflection is the worst thing you can do

he is drawing parallels to frequent stoners being unable to function without weed to sexual addiction, in both cases, the person needing bigger and bigger hits to get the same effect, and keep themselves happy.
He is stating that, transexuals are a result of the latter, inwhichcase the bigger and bigger hits reach a tipping point, resulting in itself, as "a narcotic parody of sex"
Honestly I prefer the "trans people are the precursor to transhumanism and scions of the machine - soon they will merge their flesh with metal and become something other than human" -type ways reactionaries make us sound cool.
I can imagine a drug-induced sex disorder in a form where it's "oh that'd be pretty bad actually" clearly enough to not wanna identify with this tweet from a hater.
The cyborg ones, on the other hand, are just cool. Yes I want to be that, I want to live that, that's life goals.
aaah, sorry, I didn't mean to imply it that way. I was mostly thinking of like... if I saw myself in that light, I would be very unhappy. but that's because I have a different background and a different framing than a lot of people.
