The answer may be yes if there's a viable jvm on windows phone lol. I remember seeing someone run a beta 1.7.3 on a HTC Dream G1 or something
Honestly it wouldnt be literally the worst idea to use an old cell phone as a server. It won't be good by any means but it will prevent the phone from becoming ewaste.
