I assume this is a user script or user style mimicking Tumblr, or something alike?
I'm excited to see since I've never been that big a fan of cohost's UI.
I think this would be an aesthetic and functional improvement over the bar that pops up within the posts column, in part because it would no longer affect the vertical positioning of stuff on the page when it appears like the one that exists now does. (And also be visible all the time)
