Once upon a time, I saw a post about the X Men. It was something about how people were always recommending where to start reading the comics when most of them had gotten into X Men with a random issue in the middle of a mid storyline.

I feel like the situation with Doctor Who is similar. So tonight I'm going to watch a classic episode selected at random and then go to the end of whatever serial I get. (I've watched the new series since it began, but stopped watching for a couple of years. I'll leave it to the reader's imagination which two seasons I've missed. I've never watched any of the classic stuff.)

Let's spin the wheel... Season 12 Episode 16: Genesis of the Daleks part 6. Right at the end of the serial isn't what I was hoping for, but such is fate.
