there is gook in the interior glass of the rangefinder and both viewfinder windows of my mamiya six p. i can still see the projected image of the rangefinder window in good light, but...

my partner is a little dubious about me tackling the cleaning of probably 5 separate pieces of glass in the rangefinder focusing system of this 66 year old camera, including a half silvered mirror in the viewfinder.

i understand this. i usually have to take it slow and stop before i get tired or i tend to lose precision and patience when dealing with mechanical systems.

i'll probably try to leave it alone unless the focus wheel ends up needing calibrated
