It definitely isn't. The community has died down, but if you start a tag for reacting to it I'm sure you'll get followers and engagement, happened all the time on twitter. It's fun because it's long enough, and it's been long enough, that most of us don't remember exactly how things went, so we generally enjoy watching others experience it for the first time.
