was just about to say this. their pharmacy in chelsea kind of sucks (they are late with prescriptions often and also have forgotten my prescriptions existed Multiple Times), but the actual staff are cool and affirming.
for me? there wasn't any, but i'm on E (and had been on HRT for two years already). my ex-boyfriend went there also, though, and the only time he had to spend waiting was the time between his initial appointment where they did his labs and giving him the actual meds, which was (if i recall) less than a month
+1 for them. i had to take a train in to see them but they were very good to me in the brief time i was there several years ago
my roommate (currently on T) sees james lauren at westside family medicine ( https://wfmnyc.com/ ) & recommends him; and also they second callen-lorde, but no clue about the waitlist
and another friend rec's Judson Health Center (through nyc health & hospitals) - apparently they have really fast turnaround and he's been really happy with them for the last two years
I know One Medical (https://www.onemedical.com/) does informed consent HRT and I've had a good experience with them, but there are definitely extra hoops to go through wrt to like, signing up for using them and everything.
