Yes! I've changed my gender and pronouns so many times even before starting hormones.

Went he/him -> they/them -> started hormones -> she/they -> she/her -> she/they -> they/she -> they/them -> they/it

And I now identify purely as non-binary. It's just a field that reads NULL. Don't particularly like being called a girl or a woman though it's what cis folk default to and I'd rather not have to go into a lengthy explanation with them and it's much more preferable to being seen as masc.
