zhe main social structure is an enclave but I'd like to propose an "agency" as zhe smaller scale collective noun
Much like a Business of Ferrets.
In increasing order: A Skitter, an Agency, an Enclave of yinglets. Whereas a Pile of yinglets is a subgroup which can occur wizhin any of ze larger groups.
