I mean, the only thing that makes it different from other social networks, in terms of general use, is you have to pick which website you want to sign up through. I'm on Yiff.Life, Tuxedo is on chitter.xyz, Bark.LGBT is popular in Europe, and the two popular North American servers right now are Furry.Club and Pawb.Fun.
Really it doesn't matter much which one you choose, if you choose a furry server on your continent: they can all see each other.
