Well, if I understand the festival correctly, as long as you have enough thallasic favour already, you still have another week to get PoSI and a basic boat (you just need to have it before week 2 ends to trade in)
yep, i'm in ok shape - just had a little startle when i realized i needed to own a boat to get a boat

you might consider what I somehow didn't, which is that you can work on the PoSI & etc. during the whole trade-in period (starts tomorrow) but not the favor diving part. so if you haven't hit 2-4k favor don't run off just yet lol
I didn't think about this and ran off to do the PoSI immediately and was sweating about whether I'd still have time to get the favor afterwards
it turns out i'm in good shape, i already have the favor and a big pile of resources from doing nothing with the account but logging in once a week to collect income / read books for a year. just gotta do all posi steps and get a steamer quick quick

I triple checked how it's doing the math in-game for the estimate on this storylet to make sure it's accurate, only counting my spare equipment, etc. and it is, if it says your Favour "should be enough to get everything including a new ship" then you're good
it's only hedging with the "should" because there's a little loot gacha meant for leftover Favour that you could theoretically run straight to and blow everything on lol
