it's a little clumsy and forced about the little bits of explanation they put in -- both the stuff about pottery and the stuff about the city of Tajimi (the city had a hand in making the show). the character design and animation is nothing special, although there's some nice moments. the story is decently paced -- despite the episodes only being 15 minutes it doesn't feel rushed. i think the plot is reasonable too -- it's chill without being frictionless.
overall it's... not a masterpiece, but i enjoyed it. just a comfy little show to watch. probably will watch the next season soon.
