i've been cutting up, briefly cooking (parfrying??), and freezing all my surplus chilies. couldn't be bothered to take pictures of the process but enjoy this picture of a weird mutant chili where i think the flower petals became chilies too or something?
these jalapeños ('TAM Mild Mixture') do this quite a bit for some reason, especially when stressed (like when i forget to water them or when i accidentally used a feed that had 0 phosphorus in it for an extended period of time)
