ideally i'd want something OLED and HDR1000 and... and... and... but 1) i can't afford that and B) it's probably not worth it. but then the question is: what do i compromise on?
i mainly plan on using this to watch movies, play some video games, and maybe look at posts in my living room. i need it to be a decent size (say 40"+), i need 2+ HDMI ports, i probably want 4K, i don't want it to be "smart", and apart from that i have no idea tbh.
i'm looking at an iiyama G-MASTER G4380UHSU-B1 now. that's about the maximum budget i can spend right now; i could save up but that means waiting a month and it'd really have to be worth it.
does anyone see any issue with that? or have a better option? probably gonna pull the trigger on this tomorrow, it would be convenient to get this delivered during my week off
