i speak 🇬🇧🇳🇱 well, i'm currently learning 🇯🇵, and i can maybe read some other stuff
but i've started on machining this fuckin bar to size at least
god this mill is out of tram. i can feel the ridges between passes with my finger, and that's for a 10mm cutter
also doing the sides produced some of the Evil Chips that are basically tiny needles that stab you. but i only got stabbed a couple times and i think i got all of them off my clothing
it's way rougher than i like but i can fix it with some sandpaper or something. error scales with the size of the cutter but not the size of the workpiece, thankfully
and of course it doesn't really matter much for what i'm making (inserts for the ends of my table legs, with a threaded hole for a caster)
I get what you’re after tho. Even though it may not matter, I still strive for good results. Every part is practice.
