in the real bougie part (like, the former CEO of Heineken's mansion level of bougie) — a neighbourhood known as "The South" — you don't really see much. a couple of holding and property management companies.
as you get slightly less bougie — still properties worth millions, but less millions — you get a bunch of consultancy, property management, lawyers, stuff like that. past that, engineering consultancy, contractors, stylists. the more middle class places seem to have a bunch of alternative medicine and tutoring or life coaching places. nutritionists. painters and stuff.
most interesting business i found was a guy who paints religious icons. and also, a combination podologist/nutritionist?? they named their company "Foot & Food".
