looked up some gyoza recipes on a whim and they all mention ใซใ nira. so i look up what that is... turns out it's garlic chives (Allium tuberosum), which i just happened to order seeds for yesterday!
i just bought them on a whim because i saw them on the seed retailer website and thought chives that taste like garlic sound good... but i guess i know what i'm making once i grow some
