- because it's basically a sports manga about a creative pursuit it's been making me think a lot about creativity, and
- firing me up to turn my art frustrations into motivation to learn from others and practice more to eventually improve at what I want to do better at, even though it's boring and sucks, which is an energy I have actually been missing for quite a while I think, and also
- it's making me want to fall in love with someone I can properly pine for1
