Vaguely remembering back when I ran Venom Throw in EO4, looking at literally every other DoT I've ever used in anything, and just sighing
EO2U Venom Curse which you can make do 2k damage and have an extremely high infliction rate during the first stratum if you roll a 10 on a venom curse grimoire (this kills random encounters until postgame)
See, this is the sort of thing I missed out on by not doing a proper Classic run of that one
