October 12th marks both my birthday and a year since my first entry on @VancouverTransit. To celebrate them both, I am inviting you to leave comments here asking me small questions you think would never fit into an entry.

Big questions would be why did Metro Vancouver lose its interurban (I am working on this article) or something to do with intercity travel (one day I'll write about BC Rail). But maybe you have that weird one-off question you think I could answer? I'd love to hear them in the comments--please don't leave any asks!

I'll push this chost up every once in a while to get a few more eyes on the matter, but help celebrate my birthday by talking transit!

I'm not sure if this is an interesting question or not but I feel like there was talk when Edmonton started expansion of their LRT like why don't we do a skytrain to minimize traffic interruptions since it was being built in preexisting urban areas, but I think it was way too expensive? or maybe the freeze thaw is bad for the elevated track/pillars? anyways I'd like to know if there's anything interesting around why Vancouver decided to go this route!
