we were gonna ask what to do when you feel incredibly bad about yourselves when it's not 9 pm yet, we've just eaten, we are still reasonably clean, we are no more tired than usual, and it should be a decent hormone day with patch switch earlier this morning
but then we realized it was past 9 pm, and we are allowed to ignore the torrent of thoughts telling us we are terrible! which is good, we don't like listening to them but they like yelling at us
