dang that seems like a major feat of remapping muscle memory. good luck jumping those quick brown foxes, friend
check out colemak club for typing practice. i used it along with the tarmak progression where you only move a few keys at a time, but even for regular colemak it lets you practice subsets of letters (starting with just the 8 in the home row) so you can focus on fewer things at once.
That's exactly what I started with! I should probably stick with it for focused practice too.
