I don't think it's too controversial in these circles to speculate that a reasonable percentage of otherwise totally decent friendly people would at the very least consider murdering Jeff Bezos or an oil executive if they ended up alone in a room with any kind of makeshift weapon. I have heard the case articulated that doing so would be enough of a net good in the world that it would be worth essentially sacrificing your own life to prison. Which also means that there is a class of people, all billionaires and some particularly heinous multimillionaires, who simply cannot be alone in a room with a stranger in case that stranger has a moral conviction that they need to die. What a truly horrible life to lead
