It has such nuggets as "The Customer may not otherwise engage in any acts which Live2D judges inappropriate.". Just, any acts, who knows! It could be anything. Anything inappropriate.
And I better be careful describing this license and posting about it here, or I might "make unjust or false statements regarding this Agreement", which would "impair the trust, social reputation or status of Live2D"...
Make sure to not be "any individual or entity that is or has ever been fully or partially operated or supported by any antisocial force"!! Whatever those "other antisocial organizations or persons" are deemed to be. Keep a clean record too, don't be "subject to the disposition of delinquency in the payment of taxes and other public charges".
More obviously, make sure not to "infringe the rights of others or cause the risk of such infringement", watch out with the Mickey Mouse public domain business.
Less obviously, remember to "not copy all or any part of the manuals, user-guides, or any other materials provided with the Software".
Did I get some of this wrong? Maybe! Who cares. Maybe all the other licenses are the same, I don't read them lmao. If you run afoul of this license, you of course lose the permission to use Live2D forever, but also have to "promptly destroy (...) all Derivative Work including the Output Files and any other derivatives arising from use of the Software", so better comb through those hard drives and contact your clients. Plenty of other programs have equally-fucked-up-but-more-normalized-by-now rules.
Remember, "buying" software is the biggest fucking stretch of the word "buy" ever. DRM and licenses are an awful joke. You're paying for a permission to please let me run this piece of software on my own machine under all of your rules. All of those programs come with a tiny piece of malware that they can activate remotely on a whim to disable things on your own computer. That whim can be a lot of things, including anything "inappropriate" apparently. Always consider considering alternative methods of obtaining and running software. A pencil I buy doesn't fucking yell at me if I use it in too many sketchbooks in too many apartments.
