Apparently, in Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town, there's a gift that your spouse gives you after you've been married for fifty years. FIFTY YEARS! Each year takes several hours of real time! That's a long time to keep playing!

The after-marriage stuff I’ve read about in Story of Seasons/earlier Harvest Moon games is always so cool!! Some of them even have storylines for your children!
