Oh, no, it'll catch the racism. (In fact, I think they have to be able to catch it if they want it to comply with German Internet regulations.) It'll just ask you if you want to mute it or hide it behind a content warning rather than actually remove it.
Bluesky is the perfect Twitter replacement because its just as bad as pre-Elon Twitter was.
