Whole milk has a fat content of a little over 3%.
2% milk has had that fat content reduced, as you would expect, to 2%.
100% juice...
I always assumed that 2% milk was 2% of the amount of fat in whole milk. This changes everything

That would be delicious, whole milk just a cream slurry you spread on things
