I want to play the new Stardew Valley update, but I loaded up my original save from when the game first came out and was immediately confused and overwhelmed because I couldn't remember what I was doing. My house has a bunch of colorful chests everywhere but they all just seem to be full of random crap with no apparent system of organization. I have a basement full of casks of wine and cheese. Thankfully my spouse (Abigail) woke up early and fed the animals for me so I didn't have to worry about that. It's winter, so I have nothing growing on my land, but I have a greenhouse full of crops that needed harvesting. I've already completed the community center, so I'm not sure what I should be working on. I think this save predates the addition of the desert area so I probably haven't done any of that. Isn't there also an island where you have to find a bunch of nuts or something like that now? Aaah, I don't even know where to begin
I'm somewhat tempted to start a new farm, but I don't really want to do that because I've made so much progress on my old save and it would take forever to get back to that point.
