They rebooted Child's Play. Sure, why not.
Child's Play Review

This movie is certainly an era-appropriate reboot. By using the spooky scary dangers of tech, Chucky gets reimagined as a smart doll gone awry, in a hilariously lazy way. Remember that Simpsons episode with the Krusty doll, which in itself is a parody of the original Child's Play? They do that, but sincerely!
The setups and gore are serviceable, riding the exact line between grossly explicit and humorously suggestive. You even get to root against a few people, because they're dick cheese. Chucky's words, not mine. This reboot doesn't touch the authentic creepiness of the original, but the digital version will do just fine. You could watch this.
