In news of Chris Avellone silencing beating sexual harassment allegations, let's take a look at how the man also has one of the worst Dungeons & Dragons games on his name.
Descent to Undermountain is, as the title implies, a total conversion from the hit 6DOF game, Descent. It touts itself as the first fully 3D D&D game. It is most known for having all its walls being a probable illusion, until you test them; as well as being legendarily buggy, as a result of the conversion being very troublesome.
The game didn't clear the 50 mark on Metacritic, to the point that an 8-ball in Fallout 2 acknowledges: "Yes, we know Descent to Undermountain was crap."
