I think the closest I've had is one that was a nightmare at the time, but became even more horrifying when I woke up:
In the middle of someone explaining their evil plan of having cloned my body and memories in order to steal and manipulate every social connection I had, I got so angry that I woke up immediately -- and found myself in an unfamiliar place.
After five minutes of sheer existential panic, I remembered that I'd been hanging out with new friends for the first time, and wound up crashing on their couch.
