Breakfast Cult is a game based on things like Danganronpa, Assasination high, and other high school horror media. Except instead of murder, its Cthulhus!... and murders. Basically, the government found a hyper-efficient form of energy called Occult energy, with a teeny tiny side effect: it summons otherworldly horrors into our world.
