reaching the point with ridiculous unexplained shipping delays where it would literally have been cheaper and faster to just fly over to sydney and pick up the damn computer parts myself. so annoying...!
on two consecutive days i have called and received false promises that it would be shipped within a few hours; let's see if that becomes three!
