squicks me out a lot when people say it is an "honor" to meet someone or work on something....... it's not, man, you can just say you were excited or thrilled or any number of cromulent synonyms. a job can just be a job and that can still be a great thing that makes you happy. i thought it was an honor to work on shit when i was starting my career and look where that got me
