Not yet, at least. Nothing happens until Jan 1st either way, and they're already starting to backpedal. Saw some indie devs on twitter talking about legal action, and I assume the bigger fish are unhappy as well.

If you don't want to try to keep up with the whole mess you can probably just set a reminder to take a look at the situation in December and decide then.
