spy x family is as good as everyone says it is, Jon and I just finished boogiepop phantom which also is sick, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the perfect insider, warning for intense and gross on it though
A Lull in the Sea is great. I can't not recommend Golden Time when Koko is my icon. Any PreCure season is a great choice although Futari wa, Heartcatch and KiraKira a la Mode are my favorites so far.

This season / last season, Summertime Rendering has been a really good fantasy murder-mystery. It's a little horny at the start but that pretty quickly levels that off.
If you want a quaint slice of life, Barakamon is about a young calligraphy master who gets exiled to a remote little corner of Japan to help expand his horizons. Along similar lines, These Snow White Notes is about a shamisen player trying to find his way.
The Aquatope on White Sands is about a young girl in her last year of high school who is desperate to save her family's slowly failing aquarium on Okinawa. It's a very heartfelt show, a little gay, and very pretty.
