can someone in Australia explain to me why a 90 second long phone call to renew two prescriptions costs $80. is it just my GP practice? should I find another one?

i'm already spending like $150/month on prescriptions so it feels like a bit of a kick in the arse to have the GP not be happy with the perfectly good medicare rebate that they are getting for literally three minutes of work max
