things I'm watching or playing recently:

  • Captain Laserhawk. Shockingly good.
  • Gen V: Actually brilliant. A shitload of content warnings apply to it but it's extremely compelling. Not done with it yet!
  • Halo Infinite MP. It's still good baybee awoo
  • Super Mario Wonder. Extremely strong first impression. I'm very excited to play more. Maybe my GOTY.

it's definitely its own thing, having context of the main show is helpful but you could go in without it and still enjoy it. though i think you would probably not be prepared for the gore
