Once upon a time during the 5.5 Patch Preview Season I correctly called the name of the upcoming final dungeon in Shadowbringers before my friends could tell me what it was, knowing only the approximate lore location and some of the NPCs that would be involved, and it was 100% because of an ARR item:

An in-game fish that you can put in aquariums.

Years prior I ended up parked at the Zahar'ak fishing hole trying to catch my own Paglth'an Discus to stick in my aquarium. They're not THAT hard to get, but you need the weather to cooperate so I was sitting there for awhile, bored and understimulated enough that I'd read just about anything for diversion. I had waaaay too much time to contemplate the half a thimble of lore their tooltip related:

A brightly colored freshwater fish native to the warm waters in and around the Amalj'aa territory of Paglth'an.

In the end I not only got my fish and some spares (that sold for a hefty five digits each) I tried out all the discus available and judged these the prettiest of them all. I liked them so much I affectionately nicknamed them "paggies" and to this day they're the one aquarium-valid discus I can recall the name of.

Fast-forward to 2021. We have a new MSQ dungeon coming up. We know it's set somewhere in Amalj'aa territory. The Amalj'aa will in fact be present in it. As someone who does not partake of pre-release stuff, that's about all I find out, but that's enough.

Me, remembering my goddamn fish: "Oh, so we're going to Paglth'an."
All of my friends: "How the FUCK did you know that?!"

To be clear: I am NOT the kind of lore nerd who Knows Things; at best I will pick up small amounts of trivia I'll never get to use. I also engage in very little fishing let alone reading the often-lying fish tooltips. Nobody could have seen this coming. I could not have seen this coming. And that's why it's so funny to me.
