the radio excerpts on the broadcast tonight were absolutely brilliant
if you're going to do canon, do it in the sense that all canon is a lie: some parts are discarded, some rewritten, and all of it carries the weight of subjective interpretation.
i think more than canon, what bothers me is storytelling with the guise that history can be recorded objectively
