In this case you're dealing with an environment that probably lacks an atmosphere- or has an extremely thin one- but the principles of atmospheric perspective might still be useful: create a sense of depth by making objects that are further away desaturated. Right now, your mountains have darks that are more intense than the building silhouettes in front of them, which looks a bit odd.
