Today's Lospec #pixel_dailies prompt was poison with a truly adorable sherbet palette: https://lospec.com/palette-list/sobeachy8 -- in keeping with my current SHOCKTOBER plan, went creepy with it, with a kind of funky poison brewing dungeon room vibe.

Learning a bunch lately, and really having fun doing more horror themed art. I'm also increasingly aware of themes and types of things I'm drawn to. So far it's become apparent that I like environment art and a touch of level design in a lot of these (I also LOVE creating tilesets and game level/screen mockups). I'd love to really start imbuing these with personality and storytelling, so I can start to create little worlds and incorporate more of these into functional prototypes and small games.

SPOOKY HALLOWEENIE VIBES HELL YEAH. I know I personally find it very difficult to fill up a space for like... creating a world and such, so it's nice to see other folks do that, especially in the context of trying to tell a little slice of a story. INSPIRATION!!!!!
