today in the show master chief literally never puts on his armor. and the writers had the gall to have a character say "today, john needs no armor" like it's pointing directly at fans of halo and saying Fuck You. Fuck You For Wanting A Better Show Than This.
a gay guy, a disabled guy, AND TWO black guys were killed off in this episode (three of them were show OCs and the other guy was in fact a guy from the games who survives until reaching the titular Halo).
have they reached the Halo yet? absolutely not. we are in episode 4/8 of season 2 and we have not seen the Halo outside of a single character's Magic Vision of the future. i think this was the single worst episode yet
