I honestly can't believe how much cohost has just Healed me in so many ways. Numbers No Longer Have Power Over Me. Except Those In My Bank Account. Ah Jeez.
one of the really nice things about "no numbers" is that a post getting a few likes/shares or a good comment just feels nice.
and when a post blows up (as i experienced recently), it feels impactful on a human scale, even if the numbers “aren’t that bad” on a relative scale. despite some of the numbers on cohost posts being not particularly comparable to what i got when i ran the tacos twitter, it definitely feels like people are liking it more on a human level.

It's talking me some time to get used to it, but it feels very similar to having a good full well-balanced meal for the first time after months of Quick Sickness Food - awkward, risking temporary stomach upset, but SO much better EVEN with the "not used to it" downsides, damn
Yeah, I will not remotely front, it was a major period of detox for me to get here. But once I got through it... wow. Wow!
